Assign any of the signatures you’ve created to each of your accounts using the dropdown menus to the left of each address. Add your Outlook addresses by clicking the “Add Email Address” button. Assign a signature to your different Outlook accounts by clicking the User menu icon at the top-right corner of the screen and selecting “Signature Settings”.
